You can contact me directly about rates, availability and reservations (see link on the right). Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit.
 
No refund will be made when it is less than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Half of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations made 30 days prior to date of reservation.
 
No reservations will be made for less than two weeks, when the booking date is 4 months prior to your stay. Bookings for 7 days or less will only be accepted or considered when it is 30 days or less prior to your stay.

Deposit can be paid by VISA, MasterCard or Western Union or Money Gram. Remaining 50% of room charge is payable upon check in and can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, cash or Travelers Cheques.
